The most overwhelming review from a bride...
I recently received an email from a bride whose wedding I photographed at Pollokshields Burgh Hall in April 2017.
My emotions got the better of me and I was really moved when I read this email from Amy-Beth. It's just another reason why this is the best and most rewarding job in the world. Thank you.
"I couldn't say enough good things about David Grant Simpson Photography. David photographed our wedding for us on April 6th and we couldn't be happier with the pictures but much more than that we couldn't have been happier with our whole experience with David. From the minute I met David at a wedding fair I knew he was the Photographer I wanted, I felt immediately comfortable talking to him and ultimately you spend more time on your wedding day with your photographer than you do with most of your guests so this was important to us. My fiancé (now husband) wasn't able to come to the wedding fair but as soon as I showed him David's website he too was taken with the beauty of David's photography. The client care from enquiry, booking, deposit, invoice and on the day were outstanding. We met before our wedding to talk things over and this just reassured us we were on the right track. After our wedding we received the most beautiful memory box from David with our photographs, it was wonderful from start to finish. But there is a little more to it than that...
Even on my best day I don't enjoy having a my picture taken, I don't know that many people ever really do but I REALLY don't. I never worried about this with David. In fact, I think I was so relaxed about it that if he reads this review it might be the first time he finds out that I REALLY don't like getting my picture taken. David has a skill for putting you at ease and that was invaluable to us.
He also has an amazing talent for capturing the little moments that happen as part of your day. This is exactly what we wanted, we wanted to look at a photo and remember what was making us laugh in it or remember the comment that was making us smile or the emotion that made us look at each other as though we were the only two people at our wedding. We got all of those things and much more from David, he captured an amazing moment in our history as a family, memories of those who may not be with us for much longer, the beginnings of those who have just joined us - magic from start to finish."
