Who has ever considered turning a wedding into an incredible adventure with their friends and family? It’s an awesome idea right? That’s exactly what Yasmin and Joel did. Yasmin, Joel, their two gorgeous kids and an intimate crew of friends and family all travelled from Australia to Scotland.

Their humanist ceremony was conducted by the always entertaining Neil Lynch on a hill top near Dunvegan Castle. This was followed by an intimate reception at their nearby cottage.

I love travelling to Skye to photograph elopements. I’m usually there a few times a year and it’s always a special experience. Every time I’m there the weather is different, the landscape appears to change and I always find a new breathtaking location.
