Sophie & Thomas opted for a more intimate and adventurous wedding than most. I mean, how many people would like to get married on a very remote beach in Kintyre, Scotland in the middle of winter? My kind of people do, that’s who! I love nothing more than photographing elopements in those hard to reach corners of Scotland… and luckily for me, I get to do it quite a lot. This was a small gathering, but there was such a lovely atmosphere throughout. I was really made to feel welcome and part of the party, which really helped when it came to capturing candid and natural photographs throughout the day. After the beach ceremony and some pictures, it was back Balinakill Country House for some nibbles, speeches and partying.
