Tovah & Patrick - Melville Castle

Tovah and Patrick’s wedding at the beautiful Melville Castle was my first of 2023… and what an incredible way to kick things off!

Nestled amidst the landscapes of Lothian, Melville Castle provided a fairytale setting for the winter wedding that I had the privilege to photograph. The historic charm of the castle served as a picturesque backdrop for Tovah & Patrick’s magical day. The crisp winter air added an extra layer of romance to the festivities. Inside the castle's grand halls, they exchanged their vows surrounded by the warmth of family and friends. Tovah, draped in an elegant white gown, and Patrick in his tailored suit, shared tender moments against the backdrop of the castle's regal interiors. As the night fell, the celebration continued with a reception filled with lots of laughter and a few happy tears.

I really loved how natural and free flowing the day was, which gave me the opportunity to do what I love to do best… which is to blend into the background and capture lots of candid moments and photograph all of the personalities that made such a special day.
