Carrick Castle Estate Wedding

A Scottish/Canadian wedding featuring lots of love, colour, Buckfast and rain… the latter two were the Scottish part!

What a very special wedding! Despite the rain, the day was full of high energy and an amazing atmosphere all day long. I was certainly kept on my toes! There was constantly something crazy happening throughout the day. Courtney, Peter and their massive wedding parties brought their A game and celebrated this day of awesomeness in style!

C&P were definitely adventurous. We got a very small break from the rain, so we pounced upon it and headed for the Scottish hills and lochs in an old school Land Rover. That was so cool. It was one of the many moments when I feel so lucky to do this as a job. This was my kind of wedding.

The rain didn’t really stop after the couple shoot, so when Courtney & Peter said that they were up for shooting a big group shot in the pouring rain with smoke bombs… I was 100% game!

The amazing energy didn’t stop there… just check out the dance floor shots. What a wedding!
